Science-informed
health and lifestyle coaching
for women who want
more out of life.

Because when women thrive, our families and communities thrive too.

our challenge

Exercise, nutrition and healthcare advice is rarely designed with women in mind.

From the earliest days of medicine, women have been considered smaller (and more difficult!) versions of men.

Although we’ve come a long way in recent years, even today most health and wellness advice is based upon what works for men, and fails to take into consideration the very real physiological, psychological, and social differences between men and women.

The difference between male and female physiology goes far beyond the parts covered by a bathing suit. We are unique at a cellular level. Our bodies are more sensitive and are in a constant state of transition as we navigate pivotal milestones like puberty, pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause.

Add to that mix the unrealistic expectations that come with being a woman in the 21st century; it’s no wonder that women are experiencing health challenges like burnout, chronic disease, and obesity at record levels.

And worse – the typical solutions offered usually come in a pill, to address the symptoms but not the root cause, often with side effects themselves.

our objective

Connected Whole Health is a highly personalized coaching program based on science and lived female experience.

Patty Hladki – Founder of Connected Whole Health

Hi, my name is Patty Hladki, and I founded Connected Whole Health to help women like you:

  • Improve your sleep to feel more focused and resilient
  • Mitigate stress and re-balance your nervous system
  • Elevate your energy and mood for a greater sense of well-being
  • Alleviate inflammation, shed weight, and improve overall metabolic health
  • Break free from reliance on substances or food for self-soothing
  • And ultimately, boost your sense of personal agency and confidence to create health and wellness from within

my story

Women are notoriously bad at putting their own health and wellness first.

Deep down, we know that we can’t operate from a state of emptiness, and feel the very real consequences on our families, our careers and our communities when we aren’t at our best.

Yet with only ill-fitting or ineffective wellness strategies at our disposal, caring for ourselves can take a backseat until a major illness or life event forces us into action.

My journey began when my young son suffered significant, unexplained health issues that traditional medicine was unable to help – and often made worse! I knew I had to get to the root cause to truly heal my son. But trying to find solutions while juggling a 60+ hour workweek as a corporate executive took its toll on me and my own health suffered as a result.

Eventually, I found a Functional Medicine Doctor who identified the root cause of my son’s issues and even helped me to recover my own health. Addressing the majority of our issues through nutrition and lifestyle changes was a revelation that soon became my life’s passion. My son is now thriving, I feel better, and have more energy than ever.

I’m now on a mission to help other women achieve lasting health and wellness too.

the program

When women invest in their own health, they not only feel better, they live better.

I’m not here to offer you a quick fix or magic pill. But I can assure you that robust, vibrant health is not only attainable, it’s part of our intelligent design as women and human beings.

The Connected Whole Health program is a completely customized experience designed to address your specific needs, complement the support you are receiving from other health professionals, and help you to achieve the goals that are important to you.

This is a journey that requires commitment, focus and energy. But I’ve seen time and again that when a woman invests in her own health, the rewards are felt in our homes, workplaces, and communities.

“Patty helped me with all aspects of my health and physical well-being. She made sure that I was addressing everything having to do with diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management.”
